At The Yoga Barre Pilates Studio, we offer a diverse range of classes to support your fitness journey.

Our signature Barre program features three distinct styles: our foundational Barre class for a complete body workout, the dynamic Barre Strong which incorporates HIIT and heavier weights, and our advanced Pilates Barre Fusion that adds resistance training to the mix.

For those seeking a unique Pilates experience, our Jump & Sculpt Reformer classes offer an energizing workout on state-of-the-art equipment.

Our yoga program caters to all levels, from the gentle, mindful practice of Flexibility & Flow to the more dynamic Form & Flow classes that focus on alignment and breath-synchronized movement.

  • Our barre classes classes combine attributes of Pilates, dance and functional fitness training.  We incorporate small isolated movements to fatigue the muscles, large range of motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body work.  Every minute of this class is utilized, resulting in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished.

    Level:  All levels welcome, no experience necessary.

  • Barre Strong is a dynamic blend of traditional Barre exercises, intensified by heavier weights and HIIT (high-intensity interval training). HIIT not only boosts cardiovascular health but is also renowned for its effectiveness in weight loss and body composition improvement. This class is perfect for all ages, with a special nod to women over 35. The combination of HIIT, our signature Barre techniques, and heavier weights offers the best of both worlds—a cardio and sculpting workout in one. Training with heavier weights can also enhance bone density, especially important for women as they age. While most exercises are low-impact, we offer options for higher-impact moves for those craving an extra challenge.   • Elevate your Barre experience with our Pilates Barre Fusion class! This dynamic session combines the best of both worlds - Barre and the core-strengthening power of Pilates. This class is designed to tone and sculpt your entire body while incorporating unique resistance bands to elevate your heart rate and intensify your workout. Join us and experience the fusion of two powerful disciplines in one exhilarating session!

    Familiarity in basic barre is required due to the use of the band system throughout class. If you have not attended a barre class, please contact the studio prior to reserving class.

  • In our dynamic Jump + Sculpt Reformer Pilates sessions you’ll experience the power of Pilates on our state-of-the-art Merrithew Reformers with Cardio Tramps in this exhilarating 45-minute session. Our fusion of classical and contemporary Pilates techniques is designed to challenge and strengthen your body while keeping you engaged and motivated. With the added use of heavier weights, our sessions provide a comprehensive workout that can help prevent osteoporosis as you age. Join us for a unique and effective fitness experience that will leave you feeling stronger, more balanced, and ready to take on the day!

    Please note:

    All-levels is suitable for beginners, but please let us know ahead of time if you have not done Reformer Pilates previously.

    “Experienced” is for those you have done Reformer Pilates as this class moves at a quicker pace.

    Grippy socks are required for all Jump + Sculpt sessions.

  • Practice self care, self love and take some time for you. Connect to your breath and body and let go of your stress energy. This gentle flow class is sequenced to slowly relax and release the body promoting openness and flexibility while quieting the mind.   This class will include an introduction to vinyasa flow, breath-synchronized movement.    

    All levels:  Very gentle and beginner friendly. No experience required.   Excellent class for new beginners.

  • In this class, alignment-informed postures are linked together with the breath creating a moderately paced Vinyasa Flow class. This is a great class to progress into from Gentle Yoga.

    All levels welcomed.

    Power Yoga

    Power Yoga is athletic and combines the calorie-burning power of cardio into one well-rounded class. This class moves at a quick pace and is set to upbeat music. You are guaranteed a fun, sweaty workout so don’t forget your towel!

  • Cellphones are not allowed in the studio space. Please silence your phone and store it with your belongings to ensure a distraction-free environment.

  • All sales for classes and memberships are final. Retail purchases can be exchanged or credited to your account.

  • Our Reformer Pilates sessions have an eight-person capacity, providing extra attention from the instructor. These dynamic, contemporary sessions incorporate various weights and standard Pilates practices, making them fun and highly effective.

  • Cancel reservations at least 12 hours before class to avoid a $20 late cancellation fee. No-shows and late cancellations for Yoga, Barre, and Reformer Pilates will be charged $20. If you have an emergency, please email, in-app message, or text us.

  • Grippy socks are mandatory for all Reformer Pilates sessions and are available for purchase in the studio.

  • No, we do not have showers.

  • Use the Momence app for purchases and class reservations. Reservations are required; last-minute walk-ins are not accepted. Download the Momence app HERE or use our website schedule page HERE.

  • We have ample storefront and additional parking easily accessible to the studio.

  • We offer all-level classes for Yoga, Barre, and Jump + Sculpt Reformer Pilates, suitable for everyone. If you’ve never used a Pilates Reformer machine, please inform us prior to your first class. Your instructor will provide a quick tutorial on spring changes and other essentials. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of class if you are new to Reformer Pilates.

  • More than likely, yes. Please email us in advance to discuss your injuries, and always inform your instructor about any pre-existing conditions or surgeries.

  • Pregnant women must contact the studio via email or phone to schedule a consult before enrolling in classes to determine suitability. A physician's clearance is required. Pregnancy is not the appropriate time to start a new exercise routine. Unfortunately, we do not offer prenatal classes at this time.

  • Please bring water with a secure top. Open-top cups are not allowed in the studio. Wear comfortable clothing - capris or leggings recommended for all classes. Avoid lotions or creams on your hands and feet as they can cause slipping. Shoes are not allowed in the studio; cubby spaces are provided in the waiting area for storing your shoes and belongings. We also have bottled water available for purchase.

  • We provide all necessary props for all classes. Mats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We recommend bringing your own mat if you have one.

  • Please arrive on time. The studio door opens 15 minutes before class, allowing everyone to put away belongings, gather props, and check in. Please stay until the end of your class. Stretching is crucial, and in yoga, please do not leave during Svasana, the final resting pose. If you must leave early, inform the teacher in advance. Clean any props used during class with the provided cleaner and return them to their place.

  • Cancel at least 12 hours before a reserved class to avoid losing the class credit and allows waitlisted members to join. No-show and late cancellation fees are $20

  • If you are added to a class from the waitlist, you will be notified by text message. Confirm your reservation within 60 minutes or your spot will be given to the next waitlister.

  • The studio doors lock at the start of class for security. Students will not be allowed in more than 5 minutes after the class starts. Arriving late disrupts the teacher and other students.
